Writing Reviews
Requirements
- Starter plan or higher to write reviews
- One review per template per license key
How to Review
- Navigate to the template detail page (
/marketplace/{slug}) - Click the Reviews tab
- Click Write a Review
- Select a star rating (1-5 stars)
- Add an optional title and review body
- Click Submit Review
Rating Guidelines
| Stars | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 5 | Excellent — works perfectly, well-documented |
| 4 | Very good — minor issues or missing features |
| 3 | Average — works but needs improvement |
| 2 | Below average — significant issues |
| 1 | Poor — doesn't work or is misleading |
Helpful Votes
Click the Helpful button on any review to upvote it. Reviews with more helpful votes appear more prominently.
Creator Responses
Template creators can respond to reviews on their templates. Responses appear below the review with a "Creator" badge. Each review can receive one creator response.
Flagging Reviews
If you encounter a review that is:
- Spam or irrelevant
- Contains offensive content
- Is misleading or fake
Click the Flag icon and provide a reason. The HelixNode team will review flagged content.
Review Policies
- One review per template per license key
- Reviews cannot be edited after submission
- Flagged reviews may be removed after review
- Creators cannot review their own templates
- All reviews are public and associated with your reviewer name
