Agency, Partner, and Enterprise plans include white label branding — rebrand HELIX as your own product. Your clients never see "HELIX" or "HelixNode".
White label features include: custom product name, logo, colors, login page, loading animation, email branding, marketplace toggle, and custom CSS injection.

Every new installation starts with a 7-day free trial of the Starter plan. During the trial you get full access to all Starter features with no credit card required.
After the trial:
- Enter a license key to continue on your chosen plan
- Or the system becomes read-only until a license is activated
AI Model Costs
HELIX does not charge for AI model usage. You pay your AI provider directly based on your consumption. HELIX tracks token usage per agent for your reference, but does not bill for it.

FAQ
Can I change plans later? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately.
Is there a yearly discount? Yes. Annual plans save 15% compared to monthly billing.
What happens if my license expires? HELIX continues running with a 7-day grace period. After that, the system becomes read-only until a valid license is activated. No data is deleted.
Do you offer refunds? Yes, within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@helixnode.tech.
