Every new installation starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. During the trial you get full access to all Pro features with no credit card required.
After the trial:
- Enter a license key to continue on your chosen plan
- Or the system continues with Starter plan limits
AI Model Costs
HELIX does not charge for AI model usage. You pay your AI provider directly based on your consumption. HELIX tracks token usage per agent for your reference, but does not bill for it.

FAQ
Can I change plans later? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately.
Is there a yearly discount? Yes. Annual plans offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
What happens if my license expires? HELIX continues running with a 7-day grace period. After that, agent limits revert to Starter plan levels. No data is deleted.
Do you offer refunds? Yes, within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@helixnode.tech.
