Setup Guide

1. Activate a White Label License

Purchase an Agency, Partner, or Enterprise plan. Enter your license key during onboarding or in Settings > Billing.

2. Configure Branding

Go to Settings > White Label to configure:

• Brand Identity — Product name, short name, company name, logo, and favicon
• Colors — Primary and secondary accent colors (hex values)
• Login Page — Custom login title and subtitle
• Loading & Footer — Loading animation text, footer text
• Links & Support — Docs URL, support email, support URL
• Marketplace — Toggle marketplace visibility for your clients
• Advanced — Inject custom CSS for deeper styling

3. Preview Changes

Changes apply instantly across the entire application. Open a private browser window to see exactly what your clients will see.

What Your Clients See

With white label configured, your clients experience a fully branded product:

• The login page shows your logo, company name, and custom title
• The sidebar displays your product name and logo
• Loading screens show your brand name
• Emails come from your company name (from address stays noreply@helixnode.tech for now)
• The footer shows your custom text
• If marketplace is hidden, clients only see agents and skills you've configured for them

They never see "HELIX", "HelixNode", or any reference to the underlying platform.

FAQ

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Point your domain's DNS to your VPS IP address and configure Nginx/Caddy to serve HELIX on your domain. The install script sets up Caddy by default with automatic SSL.

Can emails come from my domain?

Currently, transactional emails are sent from noreply@helixnode.tech. Custom from-address support (via your own Resend account or SMTP) is on the roadmap.

Can I hide the marketplace?

Yes. Toggle Marketplace Visible to off in Settings > White Label. Your clients won't see the Marketplace nav item or be able to browse templates. Existing installed templates continue to work.

What if I downgrade from a white label plan?

Your branding configuration is preserved but the settings page becomes read-only. The application reverts to default HELIX branding until you re-activate a white label plan.
